Refunds Policy
iKoyoh Business Solutions guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. In the event of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failure to satisfy any of your special design requirements, or failure to complete your design order in accordance with the delivery policy, we will refund your entire design order amount.
As shown in the chart below, your refund will be processed as follows:
Refund requests will be handled as follows:
- Upon request for refund within 48 hours, you will receive 66% (less 10% service & processing fee).
- A refund request made between 48 and 120 hours will be eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fees).
- We do not accept refund requests after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, but if you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us.
- The amount paid by the customer is non-refundable if he does not provide a briefing and requirements within 7 days of making the payment.
- In case of violation of your user agreement, IKOYOH Digital Business Solutions reserves the right to approve/disapprove your refund request on an individual case by case basis.
The following requirements must be met in order for your refund request to be approved:
- Contact us to request a refund stating your concern
- By virtue of our revision policy, we will attempt to resolve your concern immediately or we will e-mail you a refund request approval
- Your design rights will be obtained by IKOYOH Digital Business Solutions and you will not be able to display any version of the design sent by the company after the refund
- The design rights will now be transferred to the company, so you agree that you will not have any rights (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in them.
- As part of a collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies, IKOYOH Digital Business Solutions would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs to prevent them from being used as original designs in the future.
